Where We Build: Our Service Area
Polk and San Jacinto County, with Lake Livingston running through the middle of it. Here is where we build most, where we go regularly, and where we go case by case.
Our shop is on FM 356 in Onalaska, on the west shore of Lake Livingston, and most of our work is within a short drive of it. The lake is the connective thread: it runs about 40 miles from Trinity in the north to the dam below Point Blank and Coldspring, and the towns around it are where we have been building fences since 2005. The service area below is tiered by how often we actually work in each place, not by a circle drawn on a map.

Around the lake
Onalaska is home. Livingston, the Polk County seat, is across the FM 356 bridge on the east side and the largest town in our area. Point Blank and Oakhurst are down the west shore and out US-190 toward Huntsville. Coldspring, the San Jacinto County seat, and Cape Royale sit at the south end near the dam; Shepherd is south of there on US-59. Goodrich is on US-59 south of Livingston; Corrigan is north of Livingston on US-59. Trinity is at the north end of the lake, and Huntsville and New Waverly are west in Walker County. Counties
We serve Polk County and San Jacinto County broadly, which takes in a lot of unincorporated pasture, timber and lake subdivisions that do not show up in a town list. If your property is in either county, or near the lake in Trinity or Walker County, we can almost certainly help. For a property well outside the regular range, travel may affect scheduling and pricing, and we will say so up front.

Outside the area
Houston, Conroe and the rest of the metro are outside our range, and we do not send crews there. Galveston is far outside it too, but we have a real referral partnership with a builder there; our Galveston partnership explains how that works. We would rather tell you honestly where we work than stretch the map.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for travel?
Within the core and extended areas, no. For properties well outside them, travel distance may affect scheduling and pricing, and we talk that through during the free estimate rather than surprising you.
My town is not listed. Can you still help?
Probably. If the property is near Lake Livingston or anywhere in Polk or San Jacinto County, call. The list is where we work most, not a hard boundary.
Do you work in Houston or Galveston?
No. Houston is outside our range. For Galveston we have a referral partnership with a builder there and can point you to them; see our Galveston partnership page.
Where is your shop?
On FM 356 in Onalaska, on the west side of Lake Livingston. Huntsville, about 30 miles out, is the furthest town we serve regularly.
