What we collect

When you submit the quote request form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the type of service you're asking about, and any project details you choose to include. To respond to spam and keep a record of your request, we also automatically record your IP address, the page you arrived from, and the date and time of the submission. We don't collect any other personal information through this site.

How we use it

Information submitted through the quote request form is used solely to respond to your request — to contact you by phone or email about the project you asked about. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Quote requests are emailed to our team, and are also saved to a private file on our web server as a backup, so that no request is lost if an email fails to deliver. That file — which includes the details you submit along with your IP address, the referring page, and a timestamp — is not publicly accessible. Standard web server logs (which may include IP address and browser information) are also retained by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, consistent with typical hosting practices.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data on our behalf, such as pages visited and an approximate location derived from your IP address; it does not receive the contents of the quote form. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Separately, a single session cookie is set only when you use the quote request form. It exists purely to protect the form against spam and automated abuse, is never used for tracking or advertising, and expires when you close your browser. As part of that protection we also count how many submissions come from an IP address using a one-way (hashed) form of it — a hashed address limits abuse but is not fully anonymous.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites we don't control, including our Facebook and Yelp profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we'd encourage reviewing separately.

Your options

If you've submitted a quote request and would like us to delete the information you provided, contact us at (936) 933-2500 and we'll remove it from our records.
