Our Fence Building Partnership in Galveston, Texas

Galveston is far outside our service area. Through a referral partnership with a builder down there, we can still point a Galveston-area fence project in the right direction.

To be upfront: Galveston is not part of our service area. Texas Rural Fence is based in Onalaska and builds around Lake Livingston, in Polk and San Jacinto County, with Huntsville and Trinity at the edge of where we go. We do not run crews on the coast and we do not take independent fence jobs there. What we do have is a working relationship with a builder who does.

How the Galveston connection works

We have a referral partnership with New World Builders, LLC, a contractor working in and around Galveston County. When a project down there needs fence or outdoor construction, or when one of our own customers has a place on the coast, we point them to New World Builders rather than trying to serve it ourselves. It is a cross-referral relationship between two builders who know each other's work, not a claim that we operate as a fence company in Galveston.

Why we do not just say "we serve Galveston"

Because accuracy matters more to us than a wider map. Fence work depends on knowing the local soil, the rules, the weather and the suppliers, and on being close enough to come back if a gate needs adjusting a year later. That is why our real service area stays concentrated around the lake and why coastal work goes to a local partner instead of a crew driving several hours each way.

If you are in the Galveston area

Call us and we will say the same thing in person: it is outside where we work, and here is who we would call. We would rather make that connection honestly than overstate what we do.

Where we do work

Onalaska, Livingston, Coldspring, Point Blank and Shepherd as home ground; Huntsville, Trinity, Corrigan and Goodrich regularly; Oakhurst, Cape Royale and New Waverly case by case; and the rest of Polk and San Jacinto County broadly. The full service area has the map in words, and each town has its own page.

Near the lake and not sure if you are in range? Call. If your property is anywhere near Lake Livingston or in Polk or San Jacinto County, the answer is almost always yes.

Frequently asked questions

Does Texas Rural Fence build fences in Galveston?

No. Galveston is well outside our service area and we do not send crews there. We have a referral partnership with New World Builders, LLC, a builder in the Galveston area, and can point a Galveston project to them.

Why not just say you serve Galveston?

Because it would not be true, and fence work depends on local knowledge and being close enough to come back. We would rather make an honest referral than overstate our reach.

Where do you actually work?

Polk and San Jacinto County around Lake Livingston: Onalaska, Livingston, Coldspring, Point Blank, Shepherd and the towns around them, with Huntsville and Trinity in the extended area.
