Why we offer these alongside fencing

Most of it is the same trade. A deck is posts set in concrete, a frame built square and level, and boards fastened so they stay put through wet and dry seasons. That is a fence turned sideways. A pergola is the same framing with a roof structure. Staining and pressure washing are how a wood fence or deck gets another decade of life, and we would rather do them right than watch a fence we built go gray and split. Gutter cleaning and skirting came from customers asking while we were already on site. We added what we could do well and left out what we could not; you will not find roofing, plumbing or dock work here.

Bundling saves you a trip charge and us a drive, and some of these jobs belong together anyway. Pressure washing comes before staining. Skirting often goes in with a new deck. Do you offer these services without a fence job?

Yes. A deck, a pergola, a pressure wash, a stain job, gutter cleaning or skirting can each be its own job. Many customers find us through a fence and call back for the rest; plenty start with a deck.

Are decks and pergolas covered by the same insurance as your fence work?

Yes. Our insurance covers the work we do, and these services are part of it. Ask on the estimate and we will show proof of coverage.

Can pressure washing and staining be done together?

That is the right order: wash, let the wood dry fully, then stain. We schedule both as one job with the drying time built in, so the stain goes onto clean, dry wood and lasts.
