Every new year, we like to take a minute before diving back into estimates and installs to say thank you. Whether it was a small gate repair or a full farm and ranch fence, we appreciate every property owner around the Lake Livingston area who called us this year.
Looking back
This past year had us out on everything from residential wood privacy fences to farm and ranch fencing on acreage properties — corral fencing, field fence, and everything in between, plus gates, repairs, and a handful of projects outside fencing entirely like deck and pergola work. No two properties are ever quite the same, which is part of what keeps the work interesting.
Looking ahead
The start of the year is actually a good time to plan a fence or gate project, even if the work itself won't start for a few weeks or months. Cooler weather is easier on both the crew and the ground, and getting on the schedule early means less waiting once spring projects start picking up. If a fence has been on the to-do list, now's a reasonable time to get a free estimate on the calendar.

Texas Rural Fence has been building fences and gates since 2005, and the basics haven't changed: build it right the first time, be straightforward with property owners about what a job actually needs, and stand behind the work. We're an insured, locally owned S corporation based right here at 215 FM 356 in Onalaska — not a franchise, not an out-of-area crew passing through.
