Fences and gates are the core of what we do, but the properties we work on nearly always need something else outdoors, and over the years we added the jobs we could do well with the same crew, the same equipment and the same approach to posts and framing. Closing in the space under a deck, house, mobile home or shed in wood, metal, vinyl, lattice, brick or block. Skirting.
Why we offer them alongside fencing
Most of it is the same trade: posts, framing, fasteners and finish, on the same lots, for the same customers. The rest came from people asking while we were already there. We added what we could do well and left out what we could not: no roofing, no plumbing, no docks.
Bundling into one visit
Pressure washing before staining. Skirting with a new deck. Gutter cleaning while the ladder is out for a fence. A pergola over the deck we are building. Doing them together saves a trip charge and gets the order right. Tell us everything on the estimate and we will put it in sequence and price it as one job.

Yes. Our insurance covers the work we do, and these services are part of it.
Can I get pressure washing and staining done together?
That is the right order: wash, dry, stain. We schedule both as one job with the drying time built in.
